How Online Pickup Works at Cannabless

Ordering ahead is the fastest way to shop with us — you browse on your own time, we get everything ready, and pickup takes a couple of minutes. Here's exactly how it works, start to finish.

Step 1: Pick your store

We have three locations — Buddies Cannabis on University Ave and on Erb St. W in Waterloo, and Adoreweed on Lancaster St. W in Kitchener. Each store carries its own inventory, so start by choosing the one you'll be picking up from. The store picker at the top of our site remembers your choice.

Step 2: Browse the live menu

Your store's online menu is live — it shows what's actually on the shelf right now, with prices, sizes, THC/CBD content, and product details. Browse by category, filter to narrow things down, or search for something specific.

Step 3: Order and check out

Add what you want to your cart and check out. You'll get a confirmation, and the store starts preparing your order. No payment surprises: we accept debit and cash in store when you collect.

Step 4: Pick it up

Come in, mention your order, and show a valid government-issued photo ID — required for every pickup, every time, if you look under 25. That's it. Your order is bagged and ready, and you're on your way.

A few good-to-knows

Double-check you've selected the right store before checking out — menus differ between locations. If something in your order raises a question, the team at the counter is happy to sort it out on the spot. And if you'd rather browse in person, that's always welcome too — the online menu is a head start, not a requirement.
